Years serving Mount Vernon drivers
Maurino's Tony Auto Driving Center has been a cornerstone of driver education in Mount Vernon for over a decade. We started with a simple belief: everyone deserves to feel safe and confident on the road — and that starts with the right instruction.
Our team of patient, certified instructors meets you where you are — whether you're a nervous first-timer, a teen preparing for your permit, or an adult looking to refresh your skills. We also offer language classes to help non-native speakers navigate both the classroom and the road with confidence.
I was terrified of driving before I came here. By my third lesson, I felt like I actually belonged behind the wheel. The instructors are incredibly patient.

The language classes helped me understand the driving test material so much better. Everything was explained clearly and at my own pace.

Language & Driving
My daughter passed her road test on the first try — all thanks to the private lessons. They knew exactly which routes the examiner likes to use.
